Fire Barrier Pathway

Fire-Rated Pathway is a maintenance-free pathway solution for moderate cable volumes through fire-rated walls and floors. These incorporate built-in intumescent pads that automatically adjust to cable fills. When exposed to flame and high temperatures, the intumescent pads expand to form a dense insulative char that prevent the passage of smoke and flame.

Walk or loading Ramps

We have a variety of different styles of ramps to suit your needs. Most common, would be our Walk Ramp. Outfitted with apron ends, they have a load capacity of 2,000 lbs. servicing a height range of 6 to 21 in. 6 foot long and around 20 inches wide, this aluminum, nonskid ramp is perfect for hand trucks and foot traffic.

Fire-Rated Self-Closing Steel Man Door

Customize your container with a steel self-closing walk door for easier access in and out of our containers. Our doors are NFPA compliant and complete the requirement of automatic closing to contain smoke and flames, in the event of a fire. Optional widths are available from a 30-in single to a 72-in wide double.

Biohazard Spill Kits

Our overpack drum kits come prepackaged with supplies needed to clean up and safely dispose of harsh chemicals. The drums are lightweight, resist chemicals, and keep contents clean and dry. They keep supplies safe and secure.

Minimize the risk of exposure and contamination with the biohazard spill kit supplies, including personal protective equipment, absorbents, disinfectants, and waste disposal bags. These kits keep you compliant, meeting standards 29 CFR 1910.1450(e); 40 CFR 263.30(a); and 40 CFR 263.31

Hazardous Location Air Conditioner

Air Conditioning Built to withstand harsh environments, these air conditioners meet ANSI/ISA 12.12.01 and NFPA 70 for hazardous locations. They allow a through-the-wall installation. Adjust the louvers to direct airflow. The higher the energy efficiency ratio, the more energy efficient the unit.

Hazardous Location Wall Heater Convection, 120VAC, Amps AC 15

Hazardous Location Electric Convection Heater from Markel® Products Company has a 16-ga. Steel cabinet with powder-coated finish. Sloped-top cabinet keeps objects from being set on top and restricting airflow. Convection heater is 120VAC, 15 amp.

Explosion Proof Power Outlet

Explosion proof power outlet provides durable and secure weatherproof power connection for portable or stationary electrical devices and equipment in locations where equipment is susceptible to wet and corrosive environments. Choose 125V 1 HP

20 lb. CO2 Fire Extinguishers

Industrial-grade construction, powder coated for corrosion resistance. Our 20 lb. carbon dioxide fire extinguisher is designed specifically for combating electronic equipment fires, making it ideal for businesses with sensitive electronics including manufacturing and research facilities, auto dealerships, aircraft and marine service centers and more.

Outside Containment Spill Berms

American Hazmat Rentals can provide an outside secondary containment berms for some areas that have stricter compliance standards. Our collapsible heavy duty secondary sumps are designed for the hazmat locker to be placed inside to catch all spills that escape the container, protecting the environment and keeping your work area safe and clean. Spill containment berms make it easier to soak up and clean up leaks, drips, runoff, and spills of hazardous liquids. Prevent hazardous substances from contaminating soil, water bodies, or other parts of the environment with this hazmat accessory.

Eyewash Stations

We can provide 9-gallon portable eyewash stations that will mount on the outside door of the Hazmat unit. OSHA’s primary Eyewash standard, 29 CFR 1910.151 states “where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.”

Exterior Lighting

Exterior lights are built to illuminate American Hazmat Lockers where explosion proof rating is not required. Die cast aluminum casing is secured with high quality brass screws, ensuring product performance and durability. These industrial weatherproof fixtures make use of top quality porcelain sockets with 150C 8” leads. The standard globes are secured with thermal, shock, and heat resistant soda lime polycarbonate glass. Internal gaskets are made from high temperature silicone to extend life regardless of heat or weather abuse. Our exterior lamps can also be constructed with 90°C supply wiring, further improving safety in the event of an emergency. Our weather proof exterior lights can be used in continually wet or harsh climates — fully compliant with UL Standard 1598
